This website uses standard measurements like pounds and ounces, teaspoons and tablespoons, etc. But since a number of you may use the metric system for measurements, I've included this handy cooking measurement converter gadget from Google for your convenience.
For example, to convert from Pounds to Grams:
Select Weight from the drop-down box.
Enter your desired weight in the "From" field
(example: 1 )
Select the unit in the "From" field (pound (lb)) to the
unit to convert to, in the To field, (grams).
The weight in metric will automatically be converted.
